Senior Tax Manager opportunity with a growing public accounting and advisory firm offering a faster path to client ownership and leadership. This is a succession-driven opening where the right person can transition into an existing book of client relationships over time. The work is focused on closely held businesses, business owners, HNW individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and individual tax clients, with a blend of review, planning, compliance, and advisory. Ideal background is 8+ recent years in public accounting tax, strong prep/review experience, and comfort working directly with clients. CPA preferred, not required. The team is modern, tech-forward, growth-minded, and building more efficient workflows around tax and advisory. Hybrid flexibility available across Northern NJ, NYC, and remote work once ramped. Base compensation is expected in the $120K-$170K range, plus bonus potential.
